Joy McVean

A sales and marketing executive for the past 28 years, Joy McVean is an accomplished entrepreneur and management executive with achievements in sales, operations, and organizational development, and has proven capabilities in both public and privately held companies.

With extensive expertise in real estate marketing, McVean was hired in 2017 by Novak Brothers as Director of Marketing and later took over Sales and Marketing for Novak’s award-winning Texas Brownstones™ division. In 2021, McVean was named President for Novak Brothers’ Residential Division and was recently appointed as Vice President of Operations for Novak Commercial Development. McVean now resides in Plano, Texas, and holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer for Rivery Capital and its affiliate companies.

Robby Young

Robby Young is a multidisciplinary creative and marketing strategist whose work bridges premium visual storytelling, digital growth, and business development. With a background in business administration and marketing, he combines hands-on expertise in video production, photography, branding, SEO/SEM, and technical marketing operations to build campaigns and content that are both visually elevated and performance-driven.

Rosie Ruiz

director of content & social strategy

Rosie Ruiz graduated from Texas Tech University in 2022 with her BA in Digital Media & Professional Communications and brings over six years of experience in marketing and video production. She specializes in social media and content strategy, focusing on building authentic brand awareness and crafting engaging digital experiences across platforms.

During the past four years, Rosie has worked with The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, leading initiatives that elevate brand visibility, produce impactful live auction broadcasts, and strengthen audience engagement across digital channels.

In her current role as Director of Content & Social Strategy at Rivery Marketing Group, Rosie has expanded her scope to broader digital strategy efforts while continuing to support the marketing success of Rivery Capital affiliates such as The Clearinghouse. She leads integrated content and storytelling initiatives that drive connection, growth, and lasting engagement across multiple platforms.

Outside of work, Rosie is an active musician who enjoys performing and exploring the local live music scene.

With more than two decades of experience, Mandy Stoffel has produced, directed, and executed marketing initiatives, evolving from hands-on execution to strategic creative leadership. Her background spans website development, brand positioning, and performance marketing, with a focus on aligning creative execution with business objectives.

Mandy brings a unique range of industry experience, including work with both for-profit organizations and non-profits, partnering closely with leadership teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive growth and strengthen market visibility. Her expertise includes leading website strategy and development, shaping visual direction, and guiding brand execution—ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a cohesive, refined presence.
